Product Description:

Baking ovens are used for thermal processing of meat. In baking ovens baking process takes place in closed air circulation up to 250°C Troley during the baking process rotates, its ensures that products are not overly dried.

Other information:

Circulation of the air is in close circuit and it's forced by two ventilators. Baking ovens are equiped with automatic control of humidity to avoid drying the products.
